There are two ways you can add funds to your account balance: via direct debit or via transfer.


Adding funds via direct debit:


Setting up a direct debit automatically tops up your account balance whenever it runs low.

To add funds via direct debit:


  1. Open the settings page
  2. Click on funds in the side-menu
  3. Click on direct debit on the Top up Account Balance section of the page
  4. Turn on direct debit
  5. Enter a top up amount – this is how much funds will be added to your account balance once you reach a specific threshold
  6. Enter a minimum balance greater than $0 – this is the specific threshold that will trigger the direct debit
  7. Click the save button
  8. Enter the account name, BSB and account number for the bank account that will be direct debited
  9. Click save
  10. You will be prompted to verify your bank account. To verify your bank account please check your online bank account in 1-2 business days. You will receive a 1 cent credit with a 6 digit code in the transaction description.
  11. Enter the 6 digit code once you have retrieved it
  12. Click the verify button
  13. Your account balance will now automatically top up whenever it reaches your specified minimum balance


Please note your funds will be available in your DiviPay account balance in 3-5 working days. You should take this into consideration when entering your top up amounts and minimum balance.


Adding funds via transfer:

 

You can top up your account balance via transfer at any time. However, we strongly recommend that you set up a direct debit to automatically top-up your account balance when it runs low. This way your account balance will never run out of funds and your team will always be able to make payments.

 

To add funds via transfer:

 

  1. Open the settings page
  2. Click on funds in the side-menu
  3. Click on transfer at the Top up Account Balance section of the page
  4. Transfer funds to your DiviPay account using the Account and BSB number provided – we recommend transferring enough funds to cover a month’s worth of expenses

 

Please note, this is a unique account number to your business and funds will be available in your account balance in 3-5 working days.
